| I love photo's and drawings with stories behind them, pictures of people with certain facial expressions, pictures of little things like flowers or just drops, pictures of romantic landscapes, little children who yell for their mothers but even pictures of the busy citylife. | Of course you don't have to buy my prints. If you want to you can just copy them or ask me for sending them in an email! 1.I'm 15 years old, do I allready have to make money with my 'art'? No! 2. I'm not proffesional. And the prints are pretty expensive! So I give them for FREE. 3. Now, you're asking me 'why are you putting your prints for sale on your profile if you want to give them for free, young lady?' - Just because I want to show you my better photographs on my frontpage. | Bonjour monsieur/ Mademoissele! (fr) Hello folks! Hoi dametjes & heren! (Dutch) My name is Ruth, that means 'bosom friend' in the Hebruw language. My parents gave me this name because they liked the story (about another Ruth)that's written in the bible. The funny thing is- I don't believe in God or any Religion. I just believe in myself and things as peace, friendship and love, maybe these things are my 'Gods'? Don't get me wrong! I am absolutely looking up to people who can believe in things they never saw with their own eyes! You got to be very strong for that! And I'm not strong enough. Maybe when I get older and smarter I will start to believe in God again... We'll see! Anyway! I'm 15 years old (it's my birthday on the 8th of november! Jay!) I'm not that big (162 cm), got brown hairs (When I was a kid they were blonde, but they got darker and darker while I'm growing up, in a few years they will be black!) I got cat eyes (green, blue, grey and black) and I got a very alternative style of clothes, I like to be orginal! (I adore happy colours, dresses with funny kitty's on them, my pimped up allstars, nice hats ...) I'm not feeling good on a day I'm not wearing anything 'special'! My hobby's are: Taking pictures (of course!), Pimping up things (shoes, walls, t-shirts), Meet people, Look at people (what's their vision, how they live, how they walk and talk...), phylosophie, reading books, skate, youth movement. I'm doing a 'volunteer job' in a little fair traide shop and I am organising actions for helping poor people in the South! Things I like/ Adore/ love: - My pets - My lovely friends - My parenst (most of the time ^^) - My granny (she makes the best soop of the world!) - Yummie food (lasagna, spaghetti, chips...) - Take a bath mmmmm - Sing under the shower! - The French language - Going on vacation (the belgian seasides, the English cliffs and the Italian beaches!) - Piano music (I play piano myself!) - The huge train station in Antwerp- Belgium, it's like home to me (I was born in Antwerp!) - Dance (and going out!) - Going to the theatre! - Culture - Looking at other pictures of other people - Going to the museum - Cycling with hard music in my ears - ... (so much more!) Things I dislike/ Hate: - When people say: 'the people in the South got to disolve their own problems and we can't do anything about it!' - Angry looking people at the busstop - When people say 'I don't like that girl' before they talk to her. - When people get angry, sometimes it's hard for me to show them my feelings immediately. - When someone doensn't tell me 'something' and I have to discover it! - Spiders and rats! - Thrillers: I hate them, but my friends always want to look at them on sleep over party's! ^.^ |

In my wishlist I will put illustrations, photography, digital art that I would like to put on my walls. I also collect leaflets of concerts, parties, charities, theaters, whatever you want. Everything what I'm thinking about 'hey this is interesting, it gots nice colours or I just adore the layout...' I put on the walls of my chamber, toilet or study. It's a collection, a special & personal collection! |

To me, deviantART is more than just a gallery. It's where people come for support and love from one another in an artistic sense, and communal sense, and I fear we've lost sight of that.
And somehow, the best photographers seem to come from Canada.
